Clearly not up to date with the dangers of cereals, non-fat and foods/drinks that course harmful glucose spikes for everyone not just diabetics!

In full agreement. I think your readers will also appreciate this research out of the University of Michigan that calculates "minutes of healthy life per serving" while also incorporating environmental impacts of various foods. You may remember the headlines it engendered - "Eating a hot dog could take 36 minutes off your life".
