Hi Louisa - my functional Dr adds ApoB to my blood work panel. What is the functional reference range you would like to see? I am in Australia

Thanks

Hi Diane,

Great to hear that you are getting your levels tested in Aus. Aim for an ApoB <1.1 (g/L)

Hi Louisa, long story short, i saw you on a Mark Bouris interview and then started following you which led me to Insidetracker (which I uploaded results just before Christmas). This article resonates as my ApoB is very high (top 1%), my father died of a stroke after a heartattack and stroke before that. I am a lot fitter than he was at the same age but I would have never identified this high reading seeing my doctor and our regular visits (chats). I am working on lowering this asap but wanted to call out the journey and possibly how this will prevent something similar happening to me.

Hi Trev,

Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I loved doing Mark's podcast, have you subscribed to my podcast?

It's incredibly inspiring to hear how you've taken proactive steps towards your health after discovering the high ApoB levels. Your awareness and action are powerful tools in shaping a healthier future, especially considering your family history. Keep up the great work, and remember, every step forward is a step towards a healthier you.
