Incredibly informative, as always! How do athletes manage to get “good” sleep in ever changing environments ? Particularly when they travel and find themselves in new surroundings every other day ? Any hacks for that ?

And, do naps help ? (Asking for a friend 😂)

Naps are great! Actually Roger Federer claims he naps during the day to get more from his performance.
