The 3 Domains to Peak Performance
The interventions used to increase performance and healthspan.

What if we could take a single pill that was potent enough to bring us to peak mental performance each morning and it didn’t offer any side effects? Would you take it? Most of my community and clients are after one result; increasing performance (mental and physical) and improving healthspan (quality of your life). While there is no such pill that can offer these two results, there are three domains that any individual can be working in each day to build on the two.
They are;
Domain 1: Neural (cognitive)
Domain 2: Nutritional
Domain 3: Exercise
I call them the ‘macronutrients’ of peak performance. My team and I have built all of our interventions for our athletes within these 3 domains and built on them each year.
Today’s premium newsletter will detail the a subdomain of “Neural” which is sweat testing. Sweat testing seeks to help athletes tailor their own fluid and sodium intake parameters by establishing two key factors: your sweat rate (i.e., how much fluid you lose per hour) and sweat sodium concentration (i.e., the amount of sodium you lose in your sweat).
