Stress can also be good. Good stress can be referred to as eustress, and can include any number of activities, chiefly among them, exercise, but in some contexts probably also things like fasting, heat stress (sauna), and cold stress (things like cold ­water immersion or cryotherapy).

In this email I will detail why cold water immersion can help your brain and body, I will give you the protocols that are needed to achieve this effect and will outline products and/ or tools that are necessary for achieving these effects.
