What is happiness? It’s amazing to think that we live in a society where we literally need to be trained on how to be happy! This area caught my interest when I was reading into the neuroscience of depression. So I went on to read many articles and literature and came about this book called, The Positive Shift, written by Catherine Sanderson and I knew that she had to come onto the podcast. Catherine got her Phd from Princeton University and in this episode she is going to talk to us about the science of happiness and how we are responsible every single day for making ourselves happy. Just like I say with motivation, you can’t just wake up and have it, you have to generate it which is just the same as happiness. You can’t just expect to magically be happy you have to put in the work!
